Given the very rough skin texture in the mouth area, we began with a TCA/Phenol peel to effectively strip away the old skin to reveal fresh skin and create a new foundation to work with. This was followed with microneedling to stimulate the skin to produce more collagen. Nano plasma was used in some localised areas to further assist regeneration and rejuvenation. Finally dermal fillers were carefully applied to fill deeper creases plumping them out to deliver a smooth finish. We also prescribed advanced skin care products to promote on-going skin health for Maria.
