THE PLASMA FACIAL PROCESS

HOW IT WORKS

Step 1: Profacial (Hydrafacial)
Using a selection of cleansing solutions, which gently and effectively uses suction blast for deep cleansing and exfoliation of the skin. The two passes allows for cleansing, exfoliation, brightening, hydration and detoxing.

Step 2: Plasma Shower

Application of the plasma shower device to open the skin channels, infusion of stimulating serums for skin regeneration, depigmentation and deep hydration.

Plasma is applied using an electrical device that has a smooth head the size of a 10 pence coin. When the thermal energy from the plasma device reaches approx. 1mm from the skin, it mixes with oxygen and nitrogen in the atmosphere and creates a plasma arc, which vaporises upon contact with the skin.

This causes an immediate contraction of the skin tissue at the surface and creates a temporary ‘thermal disruption’ within the dermis below, effectively opening the skin to receive active ingredients to stimulate the body’s own healing processes and promote the production of collagen and elastin.

Step 3: Booster Serums

EXO|E SKIN: Used as a skin booster, it aids in the delivery of nutrients to the skin. With ultra technology and exosomes for anti-ageing effects and deep hydration.

DE|RIVE HAIR: In combination with ultrasound, this serum nourishes the scalp and is ideal for supporting hair health. Benefits:

Step 4 : Ultrasound / Radiofrequency / Iontophoresis
These either tighten, lift, or enhance penetration of the serums used in Step 3.

Step 5 : Hyaluronic Acid (HA) Mask & DERMALUX LED
HA infused mask with anti-inflammatory succinic acid, an anti-ageing and anti-pigmentation gel and LED light therapy. For collagen stimulation, pigmentation and inflammation reduction.
